Biography:
Michael Brosemer is a Senior Partner of BRS & Partners since 2000.
He was a co-founding Partner of BRS Associés in 1997, which
subsequently merged with Rödl & Partner until 2005. Before
that he worked for another international law and tax firm in Paris.
Mr. Brosemer advises on all matters of tax, corporate and commercial
law. He advises a broad range of clients, major industrial groups as
well as medium sized companies and individuals with international
activities. His speciality is both national and international tax law.
He has extensive experience in tax structuring and optimisation of
transactions across national boundaries. He advises both on the
taxation of companies as on the taxation of private individuals. In
addition to that, he represents his clients in court –
particularly for the settlement of disputes with French public
authorities, including tax authorities. He also advises on matters of
general commercial law and assists regularly for the acquisition of
companies and their subsequent restructuring. Mr. Brosemer is a member
of the International Fiscal Association and of the union of fiscal
lawyers of Paris. He writes regularly publications and is speaker at
seminars in this area.
