Rupp
is a Senior
Partner of
BRS Rödl
&
Partner
since 2000.
He was a co-founding
Partner of
BRS Associés
in 1997,
which
subsequently
merged with
Rödl &
Partner.
Before that,
he worked as
in-house
council and
for another
international
law firm in
Paris
.
Today,
Olivier Rupp
is head of
the labour
and company
law
departments
of BRS Rödl&
Partner. He
is
particularly
active in
all areas of
labour law
in the
framework of
M&A
operations
and company
restructurings,
as well as
in all
aspects of
daily labour
law issues
including
consulting
and
litigation.
In the past,
he was also
law lecturer
at the
Universities
of Rouen and
Paris and he
still gives
speeches on
seminars and
workshops.
